About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive operational and reporting efficiency by partnering with internal teams to improve processes
  • Manage financial control by applying a comprehensive understanding of department Profit & Loss (P&L), including direct expenses, accruals, allocations, and third-party spend
  • Lead cross-USCC strategic initiatives and critical investments, including technology investments, staffing, and regulatory matters
  • Execute vendor management activities, ensuring legal requirements are met and coordinating contract negotiation and processing
  • Oversee Business-Critical Milestone Reporting and other reporting processes for quality, efficiency, and accuracy
  • Ensure accurate headcount, real estate inventory and planning, and management of resource onboarding and termination
  • Assess and manage risk, drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, apply sound ethical judgment, and escalate, manage, and report control issues transparently
  • Lead projects end-to-end and coordinate activities including business financials, employee headcount, strategic projects, and administrative/ad hoc needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services
  • Experience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and technology, including Profit & Loss (P&L), accruals, client allocations, capitalization, recovery and fixed price contracts
  • Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures
  • Proven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree preferred
