Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the lifecycle for a complex cross-functional body of work with long-term positive impact
Define and organize programs, outline tenets, analyze data, drive performance improvements, and influence resource allocation
Work across scrum teams and organizations
Deliver multi-year roadmaps and plan technology roadmaps
Manage initiatives spanning organizations and geographies
Influence teams to decouple from dependencies and eliminate architectural problems
Drive transformational change in end-to-end product delivery using agile development methodology
Drive architectural and organizational changes over a 1–3 year horizon
Provide technical judgment, challenge proposals, validate assumptions, and vet architecture
Drive teams to deliver expected results and make trade-off decisions across effort, timelines, features, and technical constraints
Identify and remove blockers and create clear delivery plans
Apply technical program management and engineering best practices to the SDLC
Communicate progress against goals, scorecard metrics, and committed roadmaps
Share program management knowledge through internal and external presentations
Align teams, technologies, and organizations around coherent approaches
Assess and manage risk, ensure compliance, and report control issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of relevant experience including program management and software development experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data driven and results-oriented
Experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud-based services
Experience in affecting large culture change
Agile / Product Operating Model transformation at scale
Experience leading infrastructure programs
Skilled at working with third party service providers
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work seamlessly with remote teams
Experience delivering with an agile methodology
Bachelor’s/University degree
PMP, CSM CSPM, etc. certifications a plus
