About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with multiple management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements
- Resolve high-impact problems and projects through evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
- Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
- Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
- Build comprehensive knowledge of how architecture and infrastructure integrate to accomplish business goals
- Analyze issues and develop innovative solutions
- Advise or coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary
- Assess risk in business decisions, drive regulatory compliance, apply ethical judgment, and escalate, manage, and report control issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
- Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
