About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support technology planning, execution, and delivery governance across Citi's Fraud Technology portfolio
  • Track program milestones, deliverables, critical paths, and dependencies across agile teams and hybrid technology environments
  • Manage cross-program dependencies and develop mitigation plans for delivery risks, technical bottlenecks, and resource constraints
  • Support release planning, operational readiness reviews, and deployment coordination
  • Monitor program health, escalate issues, and provide delivery transparency through reporting and governance
  • Facilitate discussions about delivery impacts, dependencies, priorities, and implementation considerations
  • Coordinate architecture reviews and system integration activities across technology teams
  • Apply modern software architecture knowledge to support program delivery
  • Champion GenAI and automation tools for meeting summaries, action tracking, documentation, ADRs, status reporting, dashboards, and milestone tracking
  • Communicate progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to engineering and business stakeholders
  • Prepare program status updates for governance forums and leadership reviews
  • Collaborate with business units, vendors, operations, internal audit, and technology stakeholders
  • Track program risks, issues, dependencies, and governance concerns
  • Support compliance with SDLC requirements, architecture review processes, data governance standards, and regulatory obligations
  • Support change management, release management, operational governance, and audit readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-8 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Technology Delivery, or a related discipline
  • Experience working within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
  • Technical familiarity with microservices, REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven platforms, cloud technologies, and distributed systems
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technology initiatives and managing dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Prior experience in financial services, payments, fraud prevention, risk technology, or a related domain is preferred
  • PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification preferred
  • CSM, SAFe, Cloud Practitioner, or PMI-CPMAI certifications are advantageous
  • Experience utilizing Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise collaboration and delivery platforms
  • Experience leveraging GenAI tools such as Copilot and enterprise AI solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate effectively within a highly matrixed environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
