About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute Enterprise Application enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and support activities within the Technology Organization and Supply Chain functions
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria
Develop and maintain project plans and roadmaps
Manage budgets, resource allocation, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, operations, and vendors
Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure delivery on time, within scope, quality standards, and budget
Provide project insights, metrics, and recommendations to facilitate decision-making
Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations
Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with governance, change management, and delivery frameworks
Work with Operations, Finance, and business stakeholders
Apply AI tools and AI enablement to P2P processes
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles and best practices
Remove impediments and blockers affecting productivity and sprint commitments
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized product backlog
Foster collaboration, transparency, accountability, and self-organization
Monitor sprint progress and delivery commitments
Use Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown Charts, and Sprint Health indicators
Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–11 years’ experience in project management
Experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst in the relevant field, including Oracle ERP Financial modules
PMP/SAFe certification
Attention to detail to ensure precision of data and overall quality of outputs
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
Ability to embrace and master new technologies and changing processes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere
Excellent follow-up skills, attention to detail, multitasking, leadership, team-orientation, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to establish rapport and build effective relationships across functions, regions, and management levels
Ability to manage multiple requests in a deadline-driven environment
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Ability to work 2 PM–10 PM IST / EST AM hours
