About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop comprehensive Rewards strategy recommendations based on customer insights, financial impact forecasting, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment
  • Evaluate new initiatives through financial sizing, risk/reward tradeoff analysis, customer impact assessment, and other key factors
  • Retrieve data and conduct data-driven analytics using analytical tools, software, and techniques
  • Develop forecasting and tracking capabilities
  • Ensure quality control in Rewards processes
  • Understand regulatory implications associated with Rewards policy and develop mitigation/opportunity strategies
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with business partners and senior leaders
  • Partner across Product, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations to drive Rewards strategies for USCC
  • Report to the Rewards Reengineering Analytics Lead

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years in product management, Rewards, data analytics, risk, or similar function
  • Financial Services / Credit Card industry experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to derive actionable business insights from data analysis
  • Highly proficient in SAS, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of credit card products and economics, P&L drivers, rewards, and market dynamics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills to senior audience members
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple, complex projects at once with minimal guidance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Ability to partner with and lead a large cross-functional team to drive results
