  • Promote collaboration between HR teams and business units
  • Use workforce data and insights to identify trends and recommend strategies
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one year of related experience
  • Experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to performance management, policy interpretation, and problem-solving
  • Clear and professional written communication
  • HR Certification as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
  • Experience working in complex, multi-site, or public sector organizations
  • Experience coaching leaders on performance management and conflict resolution
  • 3-5 years of related experience (preferred)
  • Some travel and independent travel will be required
  • Must possess a valid Nebraska Driver's License
