About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Visit 4 to 5 client buildings each night for final walkthroughs
- Audit crews' work against the scope of work
- Verify that hot spots and every area meet service standards
- Coach contractor crews on the City Wide team cleaning process
- Lead crews through coaching and relationships
- Detail hard-to-reach areas personally
- Submit photo recaps so day managers can brief clients
- Own service quality after dark
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on janitorial or facilities experience; janitorial experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and dilution stations
- Ability to lead and influence crews through relationships
- Ability to read, memorize, and verify a scope of work
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for nightly visits
- Strong written and verbal Spanish and English skills
- Janitorial workloading and labor-planning experience for new accounts preferred
- Comfort operating floor machines such as auto scrubbers preferred
- Basic handyman skills, such as mounting wall dispensers preferred
- Experience supervising custodial, EVS, or cleaning teams preferred
