About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Visit commercial client locations during evening hours
- Inspect cleaning and maintenance work for quality and scope compliance
- Communicate instructions and feedback clearly in English and Spanish
- Supervise and support cleaning teams and independent contractors
- Address cleaning team service issues, equipment issues, and supplies issues
- Complete inspection reports and communicate urgent concerns to the City Wide management team
- Verify proper use of approved cleaning tools, equipment, policies, and procedures
- Perform occasional cleaning and other maintenance tasks as needed
- Complete other operational duties to maintain strong crew relationships and customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Janitorial, commercial cleaning, building maintenance, or related experience preferred
- Previous supervisory, team-lead, foreman, or crew-lead experience
- Fluent or highly proficient in both Spanish and English
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Comfortable traveling between assigned customer locations, which vary each night
- Able to work independently during evening hours
- Experience with floor work and carpet cleaning is a plus
- Frequent sitting, bending, standing, and walking
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and drive at night
Benefits
Comp & perks- Evenings beginning at 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday nights, 6-8 hours per night (flexibility available)
- Mileage reimbursement
- $20 per hour pay
