About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary subject matter expert for Civica Housing and Civica Property Management products
- Demonstrate software to customers
- Respond to bids, RFIs, and tenders to meet customer needs
- Support sales teams by showcasing features and benefits of local government solutions
- Provide demonstrations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Translate customer needs into appropriate software solutions
- Recommend solutions aligned with customers’ strategic goals
- Work with customers and sales teams in the Social Housing and Property Management sectors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of the Social Housing industry, including sector-specific challenges, regulatory requirements, and pain points
- Familiarity with software technologies used within the social housing sector and/or property management, including automation tools, data security, and integration capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to technical experts and senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail in bid writing, quality assurance, and compliance with RFI and tender requirements
- Ability to provide engaging and consultative presales support and translate value-based propositions for the LG division
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret customer needs and recommend strategically aligned solutions
- Familiarity with software demonstration or use of one or more Civica products preferred
- Existing network within the Social Housing and/or Property Management sector preferred
- Knowledge of procurement frameworks such as G-Cloud and CCS, and experience engaging with local government networks preferred
- Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented approach preferred
- Familiarity with multimedia collateral production through recording or editing video content preferred
