About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product-area roadmap end to end, from customer discovery and validation through launch, iteration, and measurement
  • Translate company strategy into a focused, prioritized plan and represent it to the leadership team
  • Partner with engineering to drive execution, work through trade-offs, and ship on fast cycles
  • Stay close to customers to understand workflows and product decisions
  • Lead and grow a small team of product managers through hiring, mentoring, and management while remaining hands-on
  • Champion a default-to-shipping culture by delivering products quickly and iterating
  • Report to the Head of Product

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • 4+ years as a people manager
  • Experience shipping multiple iterations of successful B2B products
  • Ability to go deep on technical detail with engineers and zoom out to strategy with executives
  • Autonomous, fast-moving, initiative-taking startup mindset
  • Preference for shipping products quickly and iterating based on user feedback
  • Prior industry experience in Utilities, Construction, or Engineering Firms (bonus)
  • Prior experience building a workflow platform (bonus)
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or business degree/MBA (bonus)
