About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Guide nursing students through hands-on clinical experiences in local healthcare settings
  • Connect real-world nursing practice to course learning
  • Coach and mentor students as they develop clinical skills, judgment, communication, and confidence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Nevada
  • Master's degree in Nursing
  • 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience
  • Previous teaching, precepting, mentoring, or clinical education experience preferred
  • Ability to support nursing students through coaching, mentoring, feedback, evaluation, and remediation
  • Commitment to maintaining current nursing practice and clinical knowledge
