About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in the 2–3 year Finance Development Program
- Complete rotations lasting approximately 6–12 months
- Gain exposure to finance disciplines at Corporate, Group and Plant levels
- Develop technical, analytical, leadership, presentation, and communication skills
- Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship for professional development and advancement readiness
- Deliver results in each rotation
- Participate in Lunch & Learns and build relationships with colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; prior work experience not required, although roles are also open to individuals with work experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Communication skills and presence; ability to express oneself clearly and concisely
- Fast learner and willingness to adapt to change
- Driven to succeed; motivated to grow career at Mauser
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented, with high level of ethics and integrity
