Key responsibilities & impact

Complete various finance rotations over a 2–3 year Finance Development Program
Participate in rotations lasting approximately 6–12 months
Gain exposure to finance disciplines at Corporate, Group and Plant levels
Develop technical, analytical, leadership, presentation, and communication skills
Build relationships across the broader finance team
Add value throughout the organization
Deliver results in each rotation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Prior work experience not required; roles are also open to individuals with work experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to express oneself clearly and concisely
Fast learner and willingness to adapt to change
Driven to succeed and motivated to grow career at Mauser
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
