About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and manage supply plans based on demand forecasts to balance supply and demand across production sites
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and mitigate supply chain risks
- Monitor inventory levels and track production versus plan to ensure appropriate customer service levels
- Collaborate with production, procurement, demand, and logistics teams to align on a balanced, achievable execution plan
- Analyze supply chain performance, generate reports, and present insights to senior management
- Track supply chain KPIs including OTIF, Operational Efficiency, and Optimal Inventory to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead scenario planning to assess potential disruptions and develop contingency strategies
- Support implementation and optimization of supply chain software
- Drive and facilitate the Supply Review as part of the SIOP process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
- Proficiency with SAP ERP system
- Analytical, data interpretation and reporting skills
- 3-5 years of experience in supply planning or related roles
- Relevant certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus
