About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ship production code in the first weeks, delivering features for real customers and financial transactions
  • Own features end to end: design, build, test, deploy, monitor metrics, and fix issues

  • Work directly with Product, Design, and senior engineers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Scoped for engineers without prior full-time software experience
  • Technical foundation in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar—or equivalent ability demonstrable in code
  • Demonstrated ability to build software, with an artifact such as a GitHub, deployed app, actively used repository, hackathon win, open-source contribution, or bot solving a real problem
  • Experience building with AI, such as agents, RAG, evals, fine-tunes, or automation tools; daily use of AI coding tools
  • Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and systems thinking
  • English proficiency for daily technical reading, writing, and discussion
  • Ownership and ability to surface problems, deliver work, and act independently
  • Basic proficiency in Portuguese or desire to learn it is nice to have
