About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Increase Collections team operational efficiency through process automation using n8n, AI, and integrations
Establish control, operational routines, and governance for external vendors and partners
Contact delinquent customers via WhatsApp and email
Respond to Customer Happiness tickets and related areas
Participate in Collections projects involving API development, self-negotiation tools, collections CRM, and CCB flow improvements
Identify, prioritize, and implement automation for customer communication, invoice/boleto generation, n8n integrations, and AI agents
Scale initiatives involving CCB generation, credit-protection-agency restriction removal, and discount negotiation agents
Act as main contact for strategic collections and recovery vendors
Monitor vendor SLAs and deliverable quality
Lead contract negotiations and renegotiations to reduce costs and improve performance
Evaluate new vendors and market opportunities, including debt portfolio sale marketplaces

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior experience with process automation tools such as n8n, or alternatively a strong technical foundation and genuine interest in Claude, ChatGPT, and n8n
Experience in collections, credit recovery, financial operations, or related operational areas
Experience with CCB generation and CNAB flows with securitization companies and banking partners
Experience managing vendors or external partners, including SLA tracking
Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, effort-versus-impact prioritization, and reporting development
Ability to identify opportunities, design solutions, implement them, and measure results
Clear communication to report progress and results to leadership and partner teams
Intermediate/advanced English (B2–C1)
SQL and/or BI tools such as Metabase (nice to have)
Prior experience in fintechs, securitization companies, or banks (nice to have)
