About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and build Clara's website, including page templates, components, and a design system
- Use AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, v0, Lovable, and Figma AI to take pages from brief to production
- Build and operate agentic workflows for website delivery across implementation, QA, accessibility, performance, content validation, analytics, and localization
- Prototype high-fidelity interactions using Figma, code, AI tools, and browser prototypes
- Use AI to explore layouts, interactions, and component directions, then refine concepts to production quality
- Scout, pilot, and adopt new AI design and development tools
- Maintain consistent quality across websites, product demos, landing pages, interactive tools, and campaign experiences
- Build automated QA into the delivery pipeline to check visual consistency, responsiveness, accessibility, performance, broken links, tracking, localization, and regressions
- Build and improve website operations to increase conversion impact, shipping speed, and future delivery efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years designing and shipping websites or landing pages with measurable business impact
- Strong portfolio of live sites or pages with conversion results; applications without a portfolio will not be considered
- Strong product and content judgment
- Production-level HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and a modern framework such as React, Next.js, or Astro
- Experience using multi-step or multi-agent AI workflows
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks, coding agents, MCP-based workflows, or Claude Code, Cursor, OpenCode, Codex, or similar
- Working understanding of CI/CD, Git-based workflows, preview deployments, staging environments, QA, and production releases
- Active, daily use of AI coding and design tools
- Ability to write effective prompts with context, constraints, and references
- Expert in Figma and component/system-based design
- Experience building or maintaining design systems or component libraries, including tokens, responsive behavior, states, and documentation
- Experience with experimentation, including A/B tests and iteration frameworks
- Ability to communicate with creative and analytical teams and manage multiple markets and languages in parallel
- English is the working language; Spanish and Portuguese are used daily
