About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute and follow up on operational processes including logistics, card deliveries, and chargebacks

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrable critical reasoning behind proposed solutions
  • Heavy day-to-day use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar for process improvement
  • Genuine curiosity and ownership mindset
  • Willingness to perform manual work before automating it
  • Problem-solving orientation connecting different areas and processes
