About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate and govern the Change Management process across various Clarion Housing Group projects
- Work alongside the Change & Adoption Manager
- Identify change management strategies, communication plans, and training plans with project teams
- Serve as the key contact for business areas impacted by change
- Engage stakeholders to explain impacts on teams and how to support them
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments
- Deliver workshops, focus groups, presentations, and training sessions to business user groups
- Support the implementation and embedding of change
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in change management in a complex organisation
- Understanding of the principles and practices of change management methodologies
- Ability to manage relationships with various audiences and influence others toward a common vision or goal
- Experience delivering workshops and focus groups
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and on own initiative
- Must be eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available
- Required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment
- Expected to work from the London office at least twice per month and travel to other offices as required
