About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate and govern the Change Management process across various projects within Clarion Housing Group
  • Work alongside the Change & Adoption Manager
  • Identify appropriate change management strategies, communication plans, and training plans with project teams
  • Support successful adoption of organisational change
  • Act as the key point of contact for business areas impacted by change
  • Engage stakeholders to explain impacts on their teams and how to support them
  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments
  • Deliver workshops, focus groups, presentations, and training sessions
  • Support the implementation and embedding of change

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in change management in a complex organisation
  • Understanding of the principles and practices of change management methodologies
  • Experience managing relationships with various audiences and influencing others toward a common vision or goal
  • Experience delivering workshops and focus groups
  • Ability to conduct Change Impact Assessments
  • Ability to deliver presentations and training sessions to user groups
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and on own initiative
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available
  • Required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment
  • Willingness and ability to work from the London office at least twice per month and travel to other offices as required
