About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Establish and lead the business architecture discipline at Clarion
Create and own a comprehensive view of business capabilities, processes, services and value streams
Translate business, customer and technology strategies into a target business architecture and roadmap
Advise executive and operational stakeholders
Shape operating model design and identify capability gaps
Ensure change initiatives align with architectural principles and standards
Collaborate with business, data and technology architecture colleagues
Manage and develop a team of business architecture professionals
Provide leadership and guidance across the wider Change Delivery function
Improve the quality and consistency of business analysis and process design activity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience of business architecture within a large and complex service environment
Experience developing capability models, process architectures and target operating models
Experience influencing strategic investment and transformation decisions
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Ability to translate complex concepts into practical business solutions
Experience leading, managing and developing a team of business architecture professionals
Ability to provide leadership and guidance across the wider Change Delivery function
Must be eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not offered
Required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment
