About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Undertake pre- and post-inspections and prepare reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs
  • Consult and engage with customers, leaseholders, and internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to cost, time, and quality standards
  • Undertake building and technical surveys to determine building condition and identify defects and associated risks
  • Carry out major void inspections
  • Ensure work is completed in line with KPIs
  • Make recommendations based on survey findings
  • Report to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3
  • Membership of a relevant professional body, e.g. RICS or CIOB
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment
  • Ability to travel across the region as required
  • Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
  • Must not require visa sponsorship
