About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct pre- and post-inspections and prepare reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs
Consult and engage with customers, leaseholders, and internal and external stakeholders
Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work according to cost, time, and quality standards
Undertake building and technical surveys to determine building condition and identify defects and associated risks
Carry out major void inspections
Ensure work is completed in line with KPIs
Make recommendations based on survey findings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3
Membership of a relevant professional body, e.g. RICS or CIOB
Ability to travel across the region as required
Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
Eligible to work in the UK
Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment
No visa sponsorship available
