About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout complex repairs, major works and temporary move journeys
  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents
  • Build trusted relationships with residents
  • Coordinate complex repairs and major works
  • Manage stakeholder communications
  • Keep residents informed and supported at every stage
  • Collaborate across Clarion and with external contractors
  • Proactively resolve issues and minimise disruption
  • Support major incidents, required moves, complex complaints and vulnerable residents
  • Link teams, departments and customers across the South London region
  • Communicate effectively on service promises
  • Report to the Resident Liaison Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience/ability to work as a Resident Liaison Officer (Repairs)
  • Ability to coordinate complex repairs and major works
  • Ability to manage stakeholder communications
  • Ability to support major incidents, required moves, complex complaints and vulnerable residents
  • Ability to travel across the region as required
  • Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available
  • Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment
  • Must work from the office at least 2 days per week
