About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full implementation lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise health system accounts, including kickoff, technical integration coordination, workflow configuration, training, go-live, user adoption, and success evaluation
  • Build and maintain implementation project plans, timelines, and risk registers
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience to keep commitments realistic and delivery on track
  • Manage executive, user, and clinical stakeholder relationships, including CIOs, supply chain VPs, CFOs, and project sponsors
  • Provide status reporting and manage escalations
  • Make scope and timeline tradeoff decisions and own the reasoning behind them
  • Own action plans and internal communication for scopes of work differing from Clarium's core products
  • Ensure clean handoff to the Customer Success team for steady-state account management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-8+ years in implementation, professional services, or technical onboarding
  • Meaningful experience in healthcare, health system, or complex enterprise SaaS environments
  • Direct, hands-on ownership of enterprise-scale rollouts with multiple stakeholders and real technical complexity
  • Working fluency with health system IT and clinical operations
  • Exposure to EHR/EMR integrations, including Epic and Oracle Health/Cerner
  • Knowledge of HL7/FHIR and file exchanges
  • Understanding of hospital IT and clinical governance
  • Track record of building implementation plans, risk frameworks, and status reporting
  • Ability to build aspects of Clarium's implementation playbook and make them repeatable
  • Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
