About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and pursue new enterprise-level opportunities within hospitals, health systems, IDNs, medical education, B2B, and distribution
- Develop and execute sales strategies for handheld ultrasound product lines
- Build trusted relationships with procurement teams, B2B partners, C-suite executives, and other decision-makers
- Lead complex negotiations involving multi-year agreements, pricing models, and partnership structures
- Collaborate with clinical specialists, marketing, and product teams on demos, proposals, and value-based selling
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback
- Maintain pipeline forecasting, CRM updates, and regular business reviews with leadership
- Identify, cultivate, and close strategic partnerships with multi-site B2B organizations
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-value partners and support product integration into partner operations
- Manage distributor and channel-partner relationships
- Partner with universities, teaching hospitals, and training organizations on medical education programs
- Explore co-marketing and co-education opportunities
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical companies on ultrasound integration into drug delivery programs and joint go-to-market initiatives, excluding clinical trial partnerships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- 3-5 years of successful capital imaging equipment, software, or clinical sales experience, preferably with Enterprise or government accounts
- Experience with high-value, complex sales cycles
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Experience with sales quotas and forecasting, with a track record of exceeding sales goals
- Understanding of the ultrasound and medical imaging industry and basic clinical knowledge of anatomy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to develop strategic client partnerships
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience with Salesforce CRM
- Ability to work independently while following strategic guidelines in specific markets
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
