About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide analytical insight, leadership and creativity to client engagements, business development efforts and internal initiatives
  • Manage and deliver digital healthcare communication and engagement projects for pharmaceutical and biotech companies
  • Define engagements, build work plans and develop client deliverables with robust recommendations
  • Lead and execute primary and secondary research
  • Conduct qualitative research through desktop research and interviews with KOLs, physicians, providers, payors and industry experts
  • Perform quantitative analysis, including financial modelling, data manipulation and claims analysis, to develop product and market forecasts
  • Synthesize large amounts of data into client stories, assumptions and actionable insights
  • Contribute to brainstorming and framework development for client strategic needs
  • Produce client deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, reports and white papers
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners across multiple client projects to deliver quality work on time and within budget
  • Support business development through greenfield research, proposals and pitch books
  • Execute firm-building activities including knowledge management and internal training sessions
  • Manage digital healthcare communication projects from initial scoping through final delivery
  • Manage the global Clarivate Point of Care partner network and share best practices across markets
  • Serve as a day-to-day client contact, managing communication, expectations and satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS in Life Sciences or Business (advanced degree a plus)
  • 2 years’ consulting/advisory experience in biopharma or life sciences
  • Strong skills in research, analysis, forecasting and due diligence
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft tools
  • Proficiency across consulting and research methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, primary and secondary research, and analytic modelling and forecasting
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • MS/MPH/MBA/PhD preferred
  • Ability to work weekday Monday–Friday attendance with flexibility around core hours
  • For London: hybrid working, 2–3 days per week in the office
  • For Barcelona: hybrid attendance at the Barcelona office 2–3 times per week
