About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement, configure, and deploy solutions using Clarivate software products
- Analyze and interpret business requirements, use cases, workflows, and data
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot software product issues with Product and Support teams
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for service implementation delivery
- Provide support and knowledge sharing throughout implementation projects
- Perform and document implementation tasks using defined procedures and systems
- Contribute to developing and improving standard procedures
- Partner with corporate clients to implement and maximize the value of Clarivate solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience in a client implementation or client-facing role
- Intellectual Property experience or education
- 1+ year of Salesforce experience
- Experience with IPFolio, Memotech, or TIPMS is preferred
- Ability to work regular business hours in EST with flexibility as needed
