About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with clients to deploy Clarivate software solutions
Guide clients through implementation, adoption, and best practices
Manage end-to-end implementation projects
Solve complex implementation challenges and maximize customer value
Implement, configure, and deploy Clarivate software products
Analyze business requirements, use cases, workflows, and data
Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot software product issues with Product and Support teams
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Provide support and knowledge sharing throughout implementation projects
Perform and document implementation tasks using defined procedures and systems
Contribute to developing and improving standard procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
5+ years of experience in a client implementation or client-facing role
Intellectual Property experience or education
1+ year of Salesforce experience
Experience with IPFolio, Memotech, or TIPMS (preferred)
Ability to work regular business hours in EST and flex as needed
Ability to work in a Clarivate office 2 days per week
