About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and build high-performance backend systems and production-grade AI solutions securing critical cyber-physical environments
- Solve complex architecture, networking, and data challenges
- Integrate LLM and AI technologies into the core product platform
- Take end-to-end ownership of complex features from initial architecture through global deployment
- Implement scalable architectures across cloud and on-premises environments
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade LLM applications, RAG systems, and AI agents
- Enable intelligent natural language interfaces and automated security workflows
- Integrate Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot into daily engineering workflows
- Promote engineering best practices, system resilience, and clean code architecture
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of hands-on experience in server backend design and development
- Strong track record of building complex production applications in Python
- Practical experience building and deploying production-grade LLM applications, RAG systems, AI agents, or natural language interfaces
- Proven experience building distributed, high-availability, large-scale systems handling real-time data traffic and networking protocols
- Proficiency in using AI development tools, specifically Cursor and Claude, for software development workflows and root-cause defect analysis
- Cloud-native experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes is a bonus
- Cybersecurity background in ZTNA, IAM, or VPN is a bonus
- Deep networking/security knowledge including TCP/IP, SSH, RDP, and encryption is a bonus
