About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the operational component of TRC’s commercial and residential energy efficiency programs
Perform processing activities supporting Energy Consultants, installation Partners, and customers on energy efficiency projects
Support project creation
Verify documents
Review projects accurately and timely
Process payment of project rebates
Operate across several programs and multiple dashboard queues
Progress projects based on daily responses from contractors and customers
Validate project accuracy and required project milestones
Use MS Dynamics CRM to progress energy efficiency applications through required milestones
Interact across functional areas to ensure timely responses to customers and program partners
Raise issues and exceptions for resolution
Provide insights to improve program design and processing
Communicate changes in volume trends to help offset potential delays
Ensure customer and contractor satisfaction
Cross-train coworkers on program requirements
Participate in local New Brunswick, NJ marketing events and conferences

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to understand and follow procedures
Ability to quickly assess information and take appropriate actions to maintain process flow
Strong data entry skills
Strong communication skills
Comfort with fast-changing work priorities and multitasking
Working knowledge and understanding of invoice documents, equipment specifications, and operational functions
Aptitude for Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics
Ability to work with Excel workbooks and create and upload documents and files
Attention to detail and analytical skills
Energy Efficiency program experience
Professional presence with desire to improve processes and exceed program savings goals
Advanced Word skills
Strong Excel skills
Associate degree from an accredited college in a related discipline is desirable
Three plus years of experience supporting customer programs is desirable
Demonstrated success developing and maintaining customer, client, and partner relationships with a high level of satisfaction
Ability to present program details to audiences for recruitment and participation requirements
