About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop the Order to Cash team to meet service levels and KPIs
- Oversee accurate invoicing, cash application and proactive collections, reducing aged debt and unallocated cash
- Report on aged debt, cash collection and bad debt to senior stakeholders
- Maintain strong financial controls and support credit reviews and audits
- Handle complex billing and collections escalations and build relationships with Finance, product lines and customers
- Onboard newly acquired companies into group processes and NetSuite
- Lead the BlackLine implementation as Project Lead, from delivery plan and process design through testing, training and benefits tracking
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant Order to Cash, Credit Control or Accounts Receivable experience
- Proven experience leading a finance operations team
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel
- Experience in multi-entity or shared services environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work both strategically and operationally
