About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own hiring end to end across EMEA and the US, from sourcing to offer
Shape roles with hiring managers, including adverts, criteria and interviews
Provide every candidate with a clear, responsive, human experience
Use ATS, data and AI tools to improve hiring and report on pipeline, time-to-hire and quality of hire
Serve as the first point of contact for People queries across EMEA and the US
Coach managers on employee relations, performance, absence and policy questions
Apply UK employment law, maintain accurate HR data and support compliance across countries
Own global onboarding for new joiners
Champion technology and AI across People, identifying inefficiencies and developing AI and self-serve resources
Report to the Global People Director and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition colleague in Vietnam

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in an HR Advisor or similar generalist role, ideally in tech, SaaS or eCommerce
Hands-on experience owning recruitment end to end, with a sharp eye for talent
Working knowledge of UK employment law
Confidence with HR systems, ATS platforms and AI tools
Clear, concise writing
Flexibility to work a later schedule to support colleagues and candidates in US time zones
CIPD Level 5, or working towards it (nice to have)
Experience supporting people across several countries, ideally including the US (nice to have)
