Deliver courteous and professional service to members, supporting Clearview’s digital channels
Handle member inquiries through phone, chat, and email
Resolve digital service issues and provide technical support
Promote products and services that fit members’ needs
Assist with digital training for new hires as needed
Meet KPIs and call volume goals
Educate members on Clearview’s products and promotions
Stay updated on procedures, promotions, and member trends
Participate in trainings and meetings
Suggest improvements to workflows and member service
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidates must live within a commutable distance to Moon Township, PA, 15108 USA
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum six months’ related experience
Call center and digital service experience preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Technical proficiency and adaptability
Knowledge of credit union products/services
Dependable and flexible with scheduling
Ability to work rotating shifts and rotating Saturdays
