About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage client inquiries and requests across investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets
  • Deliver timely and accurate information regarding financial statements and analytics reporting
  • Complete operational tasks such as account setup, client lockdowns, compliance, and reconciliation validation
  • Collaborate directly with clients to build relationships and enhance their Clearwater user experience
  • Validate investment data against third-party market data sources
  • Use proprietary internal tools to reconcile investment transactions
  • Navigate knowledge bases and documentation to proactively solve client queries and problems
  • Manage workflow based on productivity and quality metrics, prioritizing high-importance or critical work
  • Participate in team and client-related long-term projects involving collaboration with internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Basic understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, interest income, and other accounting concepts
  • Finance and/or accounting experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Financial/Business-related field
