About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and maintain the InfoSec-wide program roadmap across all security verticals
  • Drive cross-team technical initiatives end-to-end, including security platform implementations
  • Lead M&A security integration coordination
  • Run regular status cadences and produce executive-ready reporting to the CISO
  • Partner with GRC to sequence audit-driven deliverables against engineering capacity and InfoSec priorities
  • Maintain Jira hygiene and cross-project visibility across InfoSec project spaces
  • Escalate cross-team or cross-department roadblocks and engage appropriate stakeholders
  • Represent InfoSec in discussions with IT, Engineering/R&D, Legal, and Corporate Development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in technical program/project management, ideally within a security, IT infrastructure, or engineering organization
  • Working technical fluency across multiple security domains, including cloud security posture management, vulnerability management, network/firewall, SIEM/detection, IAM/PAM, and application security
  • Demonstrated experience running structured, multi-team program tracking, including RAG reporting, roadmaps, and Jira/Confluence or equivalent
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills across engineering teams, IT, Legal, and executive leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to translate technical status into a clear executive narrative
