  • Support daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliation of limited partner capital activity, including capital calls, distributions, and capital account statements
  • Compare LP capital account data from external fund administrators and general partners against internal records to identify discrepancies
  • Support daily and monthly reconciliation of capital calls, distributions, and capital account balances
  • Investigate issues within the reconciliation system with guidance from mentors and department experts
  • Build and maintain relationships with data providers, fund administrators, and internal stakeholders
  • Validate LP-related data against third-party and fund administrator sources
  • Record and report the status of reconciliation delivery
  • Develop familiarity with internal LP/fund reconciliation tools and processes
  • Submit inquiries and provide timely status updates to internal and external parties
  • Complete new-hire certification requirements and intermediate-level curriculum
  • Apply accounting, finance, asset-class, and reconciliation concepts to LP and fund data
  • Manage workflow according to productivity and quality metrics

Requirements
