Translate clients’ business requirements into specific system applications, process design, implementation materials, training, and SOPs
Deliver accurate, timely, and thorough written and verbal responses to inquiries
Simplify complex topics for clients and internal teams
Communicate and collaborate with a global team to resolve complex problems and client inquiries
Strategize with development teams to enhance product offerings and improve client onboarding
Shorten delivery periods and develop repeatable, scalable processes
Provide mentorship and training and design and implement training materials and SOPs
Drive continuous improvement of team processes, procedures, tools, and resources
Manage and complete assigned projects and coordinate necessary resources
Contribute to knowledge base and SOP documentation and drive client self-service

Requirements

What you’ll need

Possess deep knowledge in their area of expertise
Broad industry expertise in investment accounting
Can own multiple projects at a time, achieving goals in creative and effective ways
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance-related field, or experience in relevant area of specialization
