About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage client relationships and services within markets serviced by Catalyst, particularly Brazil and the United States
  • Manage client contracts, Administration Services Agreements, and Service Level Agreements
  • Maintain accurate client, entity/fund, service, and fee information in Dynamics
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners
  • Understand client needs, goals, and expectations and document them in SLAs
  • Respond promptly to relationship-based queries, concerns, and feedback
  • Assist clients with due diligence requirements
  • Coordinate client and fund offboarding requirements
  • Prepare monthly status reports for the Associate Director and executive/board reporting
  • Provide backup support for the Relationship Management team
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and minimize accounts receivable balances
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc client review meetings
  • Prepare agendas, coordinate internal stakeholders, and update meeting notes in Dynamics
  • Join new-client onboarding calls and ensure client requirements are understood
  • Represent Catalyst at client board meetings and resolve questions and action items
  • Analyze client needs and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Monitor client satisfaction feedback and manage the client-at-risk program
  • Identify trends and new business requirements within the client base
  • Coordinate with Business Development on proposals, onboarding, offboarding, revenue retention, and growth
  • Support client escalation and resolve outstanding requirements
  • Coordinate with Finance on credit notes, payment issues, penalties, and accounts receivable process improvements
  • Support marketing and market development activities
  • Communicate regulatory and environmental changes to clients
  • Perform routine compliance training and support governance and compliance across clients
  • Develop new processes, procedures, products, and solutions to improve efficiency and client service
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, business users, project managers, and implementation managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Suitable and appropriate Bachelor’s degree, e.g. Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Law
  • Microsoft proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote
  • AI tools such as Claude are an advantage
  • 3–5 years’ experience in relationship management, business development, and/or financial services
  • 3–5 years’ experience dealing with clients and managing relationships from a service perspective
  • Exposure to client profitability analysis
  • Exposure to Brazilian and US Accounting and/or Fund Administration
  • Demonstrable experience with offshore funds
  • Exposure to Brazilian and US corporate and fiduciary industry
  • Energetic professional eager to learn and grow
  • Willingness to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and work independently with little or no supervision
  • Innovator and self-starter with high energy and drive
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Fluent in English, writing and speaking
