About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the recruitment lifecycle across all departments, from initial briefing and proactive sourcing through interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
  • Partner with department leads on structured interviewing and effectively closing top-tier candidates
  • Build structured onboarding plans and welcome initiatives
  • Handle day-to-day HR administration, including contract generation, offer letters, right-to-work checks, and ATS/HRIS maintenance
  • Write and maintain company HR policies
  • Run employee engagement initiatives and analyze feedback
  • Partner with leadership to implement cultural improvements
  • Support broader People & Culture projects, including team talent mapping and immigration/visa sponsorship cases
  • Expand AI workflows to streamline candidate touchpoints, accelerate hiring, and improve the employer brand

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to balance proactive sourcing with strategic planning
  • Willingness and ability to handle broader HR responsibilities beyond talent acquisition
  • Experience or ability to navigate talent mapping, policy creation, visa compliance, and employee engagement strategies
  • Interest in modern talent acquisition practices, sourcing tools, and AI workflows
  • Ability to write contracts and policies, design onboarding steps, and run end-to-end talent searches
