About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end implementation and projects for Cleo's B2B integration, EDI, and Supply Chain Solutions
Plan and execute customer implementation projects
Create project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Conduct project kickoffs and status meetings
Manage risks, issues, and change requests
Coordinate with technical consultants, developers, and customer teams
Track project progress and provide regular updates
Ensure customer satisfaction and successful go-live
Maintain project documentation and governance artifacts
Use AI to accelerate project delivery by drafting implementation plans, summarizing customer requirements, and generating documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate (B.E./B.Tech)
6-9 years of Project Management experience
Experience with SaaS implementation projects
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Familiarity with EDI, MFT, API integrations, or Supply Chain solutions
Ability to use AI responsibly to improve productivity while maintaining quality and compliance standards
MBA will be an added advantage
PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred
