About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understand customer requirements and propose solutions by SA
Own end-to-end EDI and integration implementations for enterprise customers
Configure EDI, API, and communication protocols including AS2, SFTP, and VAN
Build, test, and troubleshoot business processes, ERP integrations, and data mappings
Implement REST/SOAP APIs with OAuth and security controls
Configure integrations and support UAT
Support customer workshops and issue resolution
Apply performance, security, and implementation best practices
Use AI to accelerate project delivery by drafting implementation plans, summarizing customer requirements, and generating documentation
Build expertise toward Solution Architect roles

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.E./B.Tech with 2–4 years of EDI, B2B integration, or middleware experience
Knowledge of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP, APIs, and ERP integrations (SAP preferred)
Experience with BPS, data mapping, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and UAT
Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing implementation skills
Ability to use organizational AI tools and write basic prompts effectively
Ability to validate AI outputs before use
Experience with supply chain domains: retail, grocery, 3PL/logistics, or manufacturing (preferred)
Prior exposure to legacy B2B tools (Sterling, Gentran, OpenText) (preferred)
Familiarity with AI tools for documentation, analysis, or delivery acceleration (preferred)
Ability to work within or lead a team
Ability to manage tasks and activities
Ability to manage customer relationships
Effective interpersonal communication, active listening, and empathy
Ability to analyze situations and find accurate solutions
