  • Identify patients in clinical registries using strict criteria and protocols
  • Collect and validate program data according to registry criteria and definitions
  • Establish and maintain workflow for data collection
  • Submit accurate and timely data through the program website according to targets and deadlines
  • Analyze data and reports to identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with clinical departments and units on performance improvement initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Healthcare or a related field and three years of clinical experience or related research/registry experience
  • Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or certification from an Allied Healthcare program and five years of experience
  • Associate’s degree in Science, Healthcare or a related field and five years of experience
  • Familiarity with medical record documentation and mainframe systems for patient information
  • Candidates must reside in Ohio or Florida
  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
  • In some locations, ability to move up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required
  • Compliance with post-offer controlled-substance testing
  • Compliance with the annual influenza prevention program or an approved exemption
