Key responsibilities & impact

Provide customer service through incoming phone calls and websites
Import and export images and imaging information using computer operations and media
Digitize analog images into PACS
Process image requests from patients, providers and caregivers using R.I.S., H.I.S. and other computer applications
Maintain all HIPAA and Corporate Compliance standards regarding Protected Health Information (P.H.I.)
Perform routine computer operations for the Image Library
Transfer imaging for patients moving inbound and outbound of the Cleveland Clinic system
Provide imaging services to patients when needed

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
Typing proficiency of 30 WPM
Requires prolonged sitting, standing and walking
Occasional bending, stooping and kneeling
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Must be able to push/pull up to 75 lbs.
Manual dexterity to operate PC and other basic office equipment; keyboard data entry
Requires ability to distinguish letters, symbols, and colors
Vision in normal range
Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment
Must comply with annual influenza vaccination program or obtain an approved exemption
