About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Attend the virtual New Grad RN Interview Event on October 22, 2026
- Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs
- Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach
- Establish or revise patient-care priorities based on acuity, patient preference, and resource availability
- Respond to risk indicators and initiate corrective, preventive, or risk-reduction actions
- Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently
- Document care in patients’ medical records
- Work across potential assignments including Operating Room, Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute, Cellular Therapeutics, Trauma/Emergency, and Med Surg
- Interview virtually with nurse leaders and recruiters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
- New graduate RN or less than one year of RN work experience
- Must complete a Recruiter Phone Interview prior to attending the event
- Must apply and complete on-demand screening questions
- Ability to handle and lift patients
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Corrected vision and hearing within normal range
- Ability to work under stressful conditions and irregular hours
- Ability to work around communicable diseases and/or body fluids
- Ability to exert 20–50 pounds occasionally, 10–25 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly
- Must follow Standard Precautions and use required personal protective equipment
