Program Manager II – Assessment and Alumni Relations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and advance multiple projects through each phase of delivery
- Serve as the primary assessment program manager for the School of Health Professions' 15 programs
- Create, implement and oversee a program effectiveness plan
- Evaluate program outcomes, design and disseminate surveys, analyze survey results, and recommend program improvements
- Manage ongoing assessment, alumni relations and accreditation activities, including site visits
- Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities
- Serve as a liaison with organizational levels and the outside community
- Manage competing priorities and project deadlines
- Coach and mentor other departmental positions
- Review and monitor adherence to HR policies and corporate compliance procedures
- Lead institutional and programmatic assessment and outcomes tracking
- Oversee collection, validation, analysis and reporting of student and program outcomes
- Lead development, implementation and annual review of Program Effectiveness Plans
- Collaborate with Program Directors and school leadership on data-informed improvement strategies
- Coordinate accreditation activities, reports, site visit documentation and data exhibits
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of outcomes data and narratives
- Oversee surveys for students, graduates, employers and stakeholders
- Manage graduate follow-up for employment verification, credentialing outcomes and institutional reporting
- Oversee alumni communications and engagement strategies
- Coordinate alumni surveys and employment follow-up activities
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure cohesive assessment, reporting and data integrity
- Train and guide faculty and staff on outcomes definitions, data collection and assessment methodologies
- Support committees, accreditation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training
- OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience
- OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience
- Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Higher education experience preferred
- Professional experience in designing, implementing, or evaluating assessment processes in a higher education setting preferred
- Certification may be required for specific positions as per policy or regulation
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
- Must reside in Northeast Ohio
- Must be able to travel to different Cleveland Clinic locations throughout Northeast Ohio multiple times a month
