About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage implementation and maintenance of designated programs
  • Plan, develop, and maintain systems and procedures

  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines
  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements
  • Review and monitor adherence to Enterprise Human Resources policies, corporate compliance procedures, and the Graduate Physicians Manual
  • Manage the Enterprise GME SharePoint site
  • Guide project management for cross-functional GME teams, including off-boarding departing trainees
  • Oversee timekeeping and scheduling of GME caregiver office hours
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Six years of related experience
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field may offset one year of the experience requirement
  • Preferred: Master's degree
  • Preferred: Related experience in a healthcare setting
  • Preferred: GME/Education background
  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and exchange accurate information
  • Follows standard procedures regarding personal protective equipment
  • Required to comply with Cleveland Clinic's influenza prevention program, including annual vaccination or an approved exemption
