Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Sales, Ecosystem, and Revenue Operations to understand business priorities and translate them into financial forecasts and analysis
Build and maintain financial models and forecasts for go-to-market leaders
Help leaders evaluate plans, assumptions, performance, and investment choices
Own recurring reporting and explain material trends or variances
Make the financial story clear to business partners
Investigate ad hoc questions and turn findings into recommendations for target attainment and efficient growth
Validate assumptions with stakeholders
Improve the clarity and consistency of reporting
Support sound day-to-day business decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, financial analysis, or a related analytical role
Hands-on experience using AI tools and building AI-powered workflows for financial analysis, reporting, or forecasting
Ability to validate AI outputs for accuracy and translate results into actionable business insights
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and spreadsheet skills
Experience producing recurring reporting or variance analysis
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong judgment and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple requests in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
Experience supporting SaaS or technology teams is desirable
Familiarity with Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, SQL, or business intelligence platforms is desirable
Experience assessing resource allocation, investment choices, or relationships between operating metrics and financial results is desirable
