Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and maintain CPI’s NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro environment
Ensure project, resource, timesheet, and financial data accuracy and integrity
Configure, test, and update system settings, workflows, and permissions
Provide first-line user support and resolve issues in collaboration with Operations and IT
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for operational decision-making
Coordinate with Xero, Oracle NetSuite, and OpenAir vendors on upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting
Manage large data imports and updates manually and via Integration Manager
Manage a SuiteProjects Pro system integrating with CPI systems while financial data is held outside NetSuite
Conduct user training and onboarding sessions
Create and maintain management processes, data checks, and validation procedures
Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and data dictionaries
Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and user experience
Work closely with Operations, Finance, and IT teams to support smooth system adoption

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT Systems Management, Business Administration, or Engineering, and/or relevant certifications or professional experience
Overall 6 years of relevant experience in system administration or operations roles
Experience with ERP, PSA, or project management tools such as NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
Demonstrated experience in data management, reporting, and workflow configuration
Strong Excel skills, including data transformation, cleaning and validation, formulas, text formulas, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables
Experience working independently on projects with limited supervision
Experience creating documentation and training users in IT systems and processes
Confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
Customer-service orientation and ability to manage queries efficiently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
Experience working in multi-country or global organizations is preferred
